Sandra joined Developing People in 2008 following a career as a Supply Officer in the Royal Navy where her roles included working for NATO; Systems Analyst on the Naval Manpower Management Information System and in the Royal Naval Leadership School for Leadership and Management. Diana has over 25 years of experience in leadership and personal training and development in Spain and France for organisations such as Kraft, Heineken, AEGON Insurance, Huawei, Repsol, BP, Técnicas Reunidas, Novo Nordisk, Tempe (Zara Group) and latterly CEMEX where she developed an in-house mentoring program for their EMEA high potential managers.
