Course Aims:

The overall purpose of our Conflict Management training course is to develop the skills and confidence of the delegates to deal more effectively with aggressive behaviour from others at work.

Course Objectives:

At the end of this course delegates will be able to:
  • Recognise and understand aggressive behaviour.
  • Understand the difference between assertiveness and aggression.
  • Be able to predict the escalation of a potential aggressive incident.
  • Use a number of tools and techniques to deal with aggressive situations and behaviour.
