We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join our team and help us to develop and grow our business.
We are want an experienced professional to:
• Build and define the Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Target and find new prospects.
• Improve DPL’s presence and name in the marketplace.
• Bring new clients to DPL.
• Design and run website, emarketing, mail shot campaigns.
• Develop a new service of Sales training and Sales & Marketing consultancy.

We are looking for someone who has experience of:
• 5-10 years of B to B selling.
• Developing new business and clients.
• Helping businesses grow.
• Selling to large organisations.
• Managing their own team.
• Consulting and or training.
We expect you to:
• Be positive and energetic.
• Be proactive, independent and a self starter.
• Have a high level of integrity.
• Demonstrate impact and presence.
• Have high level selling and negotiating skills.
